Dee is a freshman from Greenville, South Carolina. She is majoring in Biological Sciences and is interested in pursuing minors in Public Policy and Philosophy. In addition to The Pendulum, Dee is involved with the American Red Cross, Clemson's Bollywood Dance Team, the Astronomy Club, and loves to sketch in her free time. She is very passionate about working on The Pendulum because of her interest in intercultural communication and in shining a light on underreported regions around the world. She looks forward to working with the rest of The Pendulum team and growing as an editor in her new role!

Katherine Harland is a senior majoring in Architecture and minoring in Mathematical Sciences and Music. Study abroad experiences through the National Scholars Program and a love of travel and history sparked her interest in supporting The Pendulum. She is excited to use her graphic design and visual arts skills to support the talented writers and collaborators on this semester's magazine.

Matthew is a junior hailing from Chapin, South Carolina. He is majoring in history, with a minor in political theory. In addition to The Pendulum, Matthew has written for other Clemson magazines, including The Chronicle and The Aurantiaco, but he found that The Pendulum offers the unique opportunity to analyze and write about international affairs, which he took a particular liking to. This will be his second year with the magazine, and he is looking forward to collaborating with writers and staff members in new role as Editor-in-Chief.

Cece is a sophomore from Orlando, Florida. She is majoring in Marketing and minoring in Communications with a hope to work in the international nonprofit world once graduated. Cece is currently heavily involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes on Clemson’s campus and is looking forward to serving as the Business and Promotions Chief for The Pendulum. She has traveled overseas multiple times and believes that it is important to be informed about what is happening all around the world!

Owen is a sophomore from Ridgeside, Tennessee majoring in History and Economics. The Pendulum was the first collegiate publication that he was a part of, and he is excited to return to the magazine as an editor this semester. He particularly enjoy the interdisciplinary nature of researching international relations, as it combines all his core interests in politics, societal pressures, and cultural communication. In his free time, Owen enjoys hiking, playing guitar in a punk band, and repairing old electronics.

Gavin is a graduate student from Summerville, South Carolina majoring in Mechanical Engineering, and minoring in History. While participating in the EUREKA! Program before his freshman year, he was assigned to a political science project. By the end, he wrote a roughly thirty-page report on the subject. This experience made him realize how much he loved writing on international politics, and as a result, he joined The Pendulum as a writer the first semester of his freshman year. He has been an editor for seven semesters, and is looking forward to what this year will bring to The Pendulum. ​

Tulsi is a freshman from Simpsonville, South Carolina. She is a Biological Sciences major with minors in Public Policy and American Sign Language. Tulsi became interested in The Pendulum because of her interest in global healthcare systems and international affairs relating to globalization. Aside from The Pendulum, she is currently involved in Clemson Dholna, the American Red Cross, and the Clemson Paw Pantry. She is excited to work with the magazine's writers and grow The Pendulum’s outreach on campus!

Chloe is a sophomore Political Science major and Writing for Media minor from Charleston, South Carolina. She is excited about the opportunity to serve The Pendulum by combining her passion for international affairs with her passion for writing. She is particularly enthusiastic about serving as the Americas Desk Editor this year because she loves reading about Latin America's often overlooked impact on the international system.
